Further rainfall is forecast for the next 48 hours, which could result in increased flooding in the Richmond and Wilsons River Valleys.
The situation is being closely monitored and revised predictions will be issued if necessary.
A flood watch is current for moderate to major flooding along the Richmond and Wilsons River for the next two days.
The Bureau of Meteorology is predicted to exceed the minor flood level of 4.2 metres around midnight tonight.
