Buffalo Exchange moving to east Pearl in Boulder
Recycled-clothing store Buffalo Exchange has signed a lease on a new location on east Pearl Street in Boulder, ending a 15-year run at 1717 Walnut St.The Warriors,raybansunglasses, who are four points adrift of second place with two games remaining.The Hampton Bay 2-Light Flush-Mount ceiling fluorescent light features a round design and a brushed-nickel finish.
Todd Colletti, an owner of the local Buffalo Exchange franchise,Shop for NBA jerseys at the official NBA Store! said the store is planning to open at its new location at 1813 Pearl St. on Feb. 14. That space was previously occupied by Nomad Bead Merchants, which recently moved to the corner of Walnut and Ninth streets.
"It's an opportunity to move into a place we love," Colletti said.
The building that houses the retailer and,FASCINANTES replicas de relojes 100% suizos. formerly, a 7-Eleven convenience store was sold for redevelopment in 2008 to Boulder-based Morgan Creek Ventures for $3 million as a "logical additional piece" of its project at 1655 Walnut St., partner Andy Bush said at the time. The 7-Eleven closed about a week after the sale.Outdoor deck lights should be required for anybody who has paid to have a deck fitted in the backyard.
The redevelopment project for that property has yet to go forward. Colletti said the pending project wasn't the impetus for the decision to move to the Pearl Street location.
"There's really no retail around us on Walnut anymore," he said. "After 7-Eleven left, we were kind of the lone wolf. We want to have shops and people around us."
He said the new location also provides an opportunity to give the shop a new look.
Plans for the new space, which is being renovated by Porchfront Homes, include green building features like daylighting and beetle kill pine for interior wall finish work.
