Foster Mom's Wish Comes True

At a ceremony on National Adoption Day last month, the North Point Village native got her wish – to adopt 2-year-old Michael as her own.
Now, she says, "He calls me his 'forever mommy.'"

Karwacki decided to become a foster parent when she was still a child.
